Morad Tahbaz has been released finally after the US released funds ($6bn) and swapped hostages with Iran.  Clearly this is far later than we would have liked and he should have been released with Nazanin but at least he is finally released which is great news. We are proceeding with our Street Collection this Saturday, outside Waitrose in Goldsworth Park!! We’ve already had some donations which is great.. but it’d be lovely to see you if you’re around. We’ll be collecting from about 9:30am to 4:00pm – with our tins and arm bands!! Thanks everyone!

We are meeting on 4th October where we hope to hear the US speaker, Lise Rossi, discussing human rights in the States.
