March 2023 update

Our next meeting is on 6th March at 7.30pm at Trinity Methodist Church, Brewery Road, Woking GU21 4LH. 

13-27 March is Israeli Apartheid Week, and the theme for this year is "People Against Apartheid". We will screen the film Tantura (94 mins), exploring the Nakba (catastrophe) when hundreds of thousands of Palestinians were ethnically cleansed and forced to flee their lands in 1948. This will be followed by a short discussion.

Our 3rd April meeting is about human rights in El Salvador and Honduras.

And on 15th May Paul Dawson will talk about at human rights in Yemen, Iraq and Saudi Arabia.
