Amnesty International UK & PRCBC "British citizenship" briefing for House of Lords Report on Children's Wellbeing and Schools Bill

This briefing is in support of the Amendment tabled by Lord Moraes and Baroness Lister of Burtersett to Clause 22 (Cases in which the corporate parenting duty does not apply).

It concerns the need for corporate parents to understand and be able to support children and young adults in relation to their rights to British citizenship.
