AmnesTea raised over £400

Our 2019 AmnesTea returned to Mayhill, Carhampton and took place on Thursday 20 June in the afternoon. About 50 people came and they enjoyed sitting in Susan's garden, drinking tea and eating cake. They were also able to browse the book stall and buy goodies from the cake stall, as well as find out more about our current campaigns at the Amnesty information stall. After a showery morning, the afternoon stayed mostly fine and everyone came prepared for changeable weather, so sat it out during some passing drizzle! We were very pleased to raise £420 from the event, including generous donations from friends who were unable to attend.
