Public Meeting: Monday September 7th. 20.00 PM. Showing of ‘Watford’s Quiet Heroes’ with director Chris Pettit

This documentary tells the stories of some of those who defied the call to arms in World War One.  We will also discuss how Amnesty supports Peace activists today.

We will also be hearing from St Albans Amnesty Group about their involvement in Herts welcoming Syrian Families and how we could help encourage local Authorities to welcome vulnerable Syrian Refugees to Hertfordshire.
