Human Rights in Syria

Jenni Dixon, AIUK Country Co-ordinator for Syria, Middle East and Gulf Team, will be our speaker at the public meeting at St Mary’s Parish Centre, Watford, at 7.45pm for 8pm on Monday, 10th February. She will give us a brief history of Syria and the conflict, also a brief history of revolution to civil war. She will emphasise all non-violent demonstrations, update us on the current situation and tell us what Amnesty is doing. We will then discuss what our Group members can do.
