Sept 2022 Meeting Minutes

At our September meeting Georgie reported that in Mexico, the attorney general has been arrested for the murder/disappearance of the 43 students, along with some 80 other arrests.

Chris had an urgent action on behalf of a Palestinian who was 13 when arrested, so the authorities waited until he was 14 to sentence him to 12 years in prison.

He is also trying to organise an online meeting with Eid Suleiman, a Palestinian who makes models of Israeli military equipment out of discarded plastic waste. This is hoped to be on 1st November at 6pm.
