Stockport Fair Trade Fair 2012

This Saturday, November 17th, we'll be at the Stockport Fair Trade Fair.  For this year's fair, we'll be promoting some of the current campaigs, as well as giving you the opportunity to join in this year's "Write For Rights" campaign.

"Write For Rights" is an opportunity to send a personal message to one or more of the individuals and communities that feature in this year's Write for Rights campaign.  This year, the recipients include Russian punk group Pussy Riot and Stockport Group's "Individual At Risk", Hakamada Iwao.

Apart from Amnesty Stockport, there'll be around 30 stalls selling a range of fair trade gifts and food from around the world.

The Fair Trade Fair takes place at Stockport College, Wellington Rd North, Stockport SK1 3UQ, on Saturday 17th November.  It starts at 10:30am and finishes around 4:00pm.  There's a small entrance fee of 50p.
