Join us at our December meeting and "Write for Rights"

Amnesty International Stockport Group's monthly meeting for December is this coming Thursday, December 13th.

This is our annual "Write for Rights" meeting, where we join Amnesty supporters around the globe in the world’s biggest human rights event, writing messages of support to particular individuals whose human rights are threatened.

Please bring your own greetings cards to the meeting.  It's best if they don't carry a  specifically religious greeting, so cards with non-religious messages like "season's greetings", or maybe blank note cards, would be a good idea. Smaller cards (under 10g) are cheaper to post.

The meeting is scheduled, as usual, for 7:45PM for 8:00PM.  New members are always welcome, so do come along if you'd like to meet us and see what we do.
