Kashmir: Write to your MP about the further deterioration in freedom of expression and association for people in Indian administered Kashmir, especially in rural areas.Please see attached template letter.

Bangladesh: If you haven't yet done so, write to your MP to ask for support for the release of the Bawm prisoners.
