Minehead Group's July 2023 newsletter

Our July newsletter includes a full report with photos of our successful 'Concert and Tea' on 24 June. Emily Feldberg conducted her Amnesty Cantata which was first composed and performed in 2011 to mark Amnesty International's 50th anniversary. Emily revived the Cantata to mark the 21st birthday of the Minehead Group, and was timed to coincide with Refugee Week. The music was interspersed with readings linked to the Cantata words, and afterwards everyone enjoyed chatting over tea and cake. In addition to the concert report, there is the usual list of 'Actions you can take this month', campaign updates and diary dates.
