Letter Writing at 'The Eight Day' Cafe

Please join us ffor our bi-monthly Amnesty letter-writing sessions held at The Eighth Day cafe on Oxford Road 0n Saturday 23rd March.

We will reserve a table between 2-4pm in the cafe and you are welcome to join us for any length of time, whatever you can spare! We will provide Amnesty cases from around the world and addresses and letter-writing advice if needed. If you are new to Amnesty this is a good way to find out more about our work.

If you are a seasoned Amnesty member you are equally welcome and many of us find it is a good way to make sure that we stay in touch with the essence of Amnesty, writing appeals on behalf of those people around the world who need our support in upholding their human rights.

We look forward to seeing you on 23rd. If possible, please let Anne know via email (anne.walker9@ntlworld.com) if you intend to come along so that she can let the cafe know how many people we are expecting.....otherwise just turn up and join us - you'll be very welcome!
