Christmas card shop open and Write for Rights 2022

Write for Rights 2022 has now launched.

Write for Rights is Amnesty's annual event where supporters send messages of solidarity to human rights defenders and appeals to authorities on their behalf. 4.6 million actions were taken in 2021.

After going online during the pandemic, Ealing Amnesty is holding its social café card-writing events again. Please feel free to drop in to help the campaign while having a coffee and chat with local group members.

We are running two events:

• Saturday 26th November, 2pm-4pm - upstairs @ Caffe Nero, 34 The Broadway, Ealing W5 2NP
• Sunday 11th December, 2pm-4pm - OPEN Ealing Arts Centre, Unit 14 School Lane, Dickens Yard, Ealing W5 2TD

Ealing Charity Christmas Card Shop

Ealing Amnesty are participating in the Ealing Charity Christmas Card Shop which is open 10am to 4pm Monday-Saturday until 19^th December, inside Christ the Saviour’s Church, Ealing Broadway W5 2XA. Cards are sold on behalf of various local and national charities with 100% of the proceeds going to the charity. The shop is directly opposite Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre, so please drop in.
