Talk on Law and Freedom of thought, conscience and religion by Dr. Alison Mawhinney, Reader in Law at Bangor University.

The talk examined the human rights legal framework surrounding the right to freedom of thought, conscience and belief.  In particular, it looked at the application of this framework to the protection of religion or belief in schools and will make reference to a number of research projects carried out by Dr Alison Mawhinney in this area.
