Record breaking Garden Party

The sun shined and crowds came out for our annual fundraising Garden Party.  The hot and sunny day resulted in a real party atmosphere. All the stalls did a roaring trade especially Bee's Tea's which is likely to go commercial at any time and a monster book stall. We had displays about the forthcoming elections in Zimbabwe and about Ferhat Gercek.  Letters were signed to the President of Tanzania and the Turkish Minister of Justice and a card for Ferhat.

All of which resulted in record takings. Thank you to all who helped especially David and Jill Puckering for provided such a beautiful garden venue.
