Human rights news of the week - 20th March

This week in our weekly round up of human rights news from around the world: chemical weapons used in Syria and Iraq, Missouri execute mentally ill man, Pakistan give stay of execution to child-offender and Mexico release torture victim after 23 years in prison.

On Monday, Assad's Syrian regime faced fresh war crime allegations. In the northern Syrian city of Idlib, a chemical attack killed a family of six (including three young children) and left 70 injured.
