Next online meeting Monday 18 January

Our next meeting will take place online on Monday 18 January 19.30.

We will be joined for the first hour by Nabila Ahmed, AIUK Country Coordinator for China and Taiwan to talk about the crisis affecting the Uighur people in China's Xinjiang province. We'll be opening up this part of the meeting to some other Amnesty groups (Watford, Hampstead, Launceston) who are also working on the Uighur situation so it's a great opportunity to pool our thoughts on relevant actions.

After the talk and questions we will cover a few items of group business.
