NEXT MEETING, MON 20 MARCH 7.30PM (VIA ZOOM)

Our next meeting includes a talk with Q&A, on the current dire human rights situation in Afghanistan and related action we can take, by Nigina Istanakzai-zarifi, Amnesty UK's Country Coordinator for Afghanistan. All are welcome.

This meeting will also include our (brief) AGM which is an opportunity (not the only one!) to get more involved with a particular area of our activity (eg: comms, campaigning, relationships with local organisations, events...) if you would like to do so.

The timetable for the evening is:

7.30pm - Our short AGM

8.00pm - Talk on Afghanistan with Q&A

9.00pm - Close

You are welcome to join at either 7.30pm for our AGM or at 8.00pm for the Afghanistan talk. We're holding the meeting online so that members of other groups in the region, who are being invited to the talk, are able to participate.
