Banbury Guardian article

The North Oxfordshire Academy's Amnesty International Group are featured in the Banbury Guardian this week as they have taken on the case of jailed photojournalist Shawkan. The group of students overseen by chaplain Becki Smith has been assisted by our own Chrissie Garrett. During the Write for Rights campaign the group of students highlighted Shakan's case and raised money and collected 400 cards to send to Shawkan.
