Our free wills service

Our Free Wills Service makes it easy for you to write or update your Will at no cost to you*

The National Free Wills Network and Co-op Legal Services are our hand-picked Will writing partners and can help you write your Will in person, online or over the phone. There is no expectation that you include a gift to Amnesty International UK but it would be wonderful if you chose to do so.

The scheme covers a simple Will (single or mirror) which Amnesty International UK pay a discounted fee for; more complex Wills incur a charge which the solicitor will agree with you before proceeding.

Free Wills Service – Terms and Conditions

*Amnesty International UK’s Free Wills Service is offered as a free wills service in partnership with the National Free Wills Network and Co-op Legal Services. Both schemes cover the cost of a ‘simple’ Will, either a single Will or a pair of mirror Wills, which Amnesty International UK pays a discounted fee for. If your Will(s) is/are more complex, any additional charges would be agreed between you and your chosen will-writing partner. The Co-op Legal Services scheme is only available in England & Wales, and both schemes are not available in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. There is no expectation that you include a gift in your Will to Amnesty International UK but we hope you will consider it.
