Trust constitution
First incorporated 16 December 1995. Our constitution, the Memorandum and Articles of Association of Amnesty International (UK Section) Charitable Trust sets out why AIUK exists, our purpose and objectives, who our key stakeholders are and who benefits from our work. Our constitution also sets out this organisations broad principles and basic decision making structures. It is legally binding on the executive and members of the organisation.
