Is your group planning on celebrating Refugee Week on 16-22 June this year? 

Refugee Week is the world’s largest arts & culture festival celebrating the contributions, creativity and resilience of refugees and people seeking sanctuary. 

This year’s theme is ‘Community as a Superpower’ – Communities can bring people together, bridging divides and offering support as well as spaces of resilience healing. 

This pack has been designed to support activists’ groups to plan successful Refugee Week’s community events. From the planning stage to partnerships and promotions, these useful guidelines will help you in creating a successful and welcoming event!
