The human rights case to decriminalise abortion in Northern Ireland

Legislative change is essential to bring Northern Ireland in line with international human rights standards and put an end to the daily attack on women's reproductive rights.

This policy paper sets out Amnesty's recommendations on changing the law in Northern Ireland, as part of a Consultation by Northern Ireland's Department of Justice. This submission was published in January 2015.
