Creative Writing Competition

The York local group of Amnesty International UK writes:

We are proud to launch our second creative writing competition - on the theme of 'Locked'. Its aim is to increase awareness of our human rights and to raise funds for our human rights campaigning work.

The competition is for original, unpublished fictional stories, poems or dramatic dialogues up to 500 words. The winning writer will receive £50 and we will publish their entry here on this website. Entrants must be at least sixteen years old and live in the United Kingdom.
