We would like to invite all of you to our next Group meeting, which is also our 2025 Write for Rights Event. It will take place on Monday 24^th November at 6.45 pm and will be held at Colin and Fleur’s home. We will participate as we have have over many years, in Amnesty International's Global Write for Rights Event.  We will provide A I's 21 page guide re what to write and, of course, details of each of the 11 cases for 2025. It would be great, if you could bring some greeting cards with you. You can bring Christmas cards and secular cards. Amnesty International says that for many of the cases, religious cards are ok. Also, for certain cases, it is recommended not to mention "Amnesty International".  

If you wish to write an appeal letter to the relevant Government body, please bring some writing paper and envelopes.  If you do not have cards or paper to hand, don’t worry, just come and join us. Appeal letters can also be sent by Email.  

As this meeting is also an Informal get-together, please bring something to eat or drink with you. We aim to have tea/coffee and we hope that people will bring mince pies, Christmas biscuits and other seasonal treats.
