Taunton Amnesty is part of a network of Local Groups around the UK that contribute to Amnesty International's work to defend human rights around the world.

All friends and supporters are welcome to our monthly meetings, held from 7.30-9.30pm on the second Tuesday of each month (excluding August) at the Friends Meeting House, 13 Bath Place, Taunton, Somerset TA1 4EP.

We are a friendly group of local people, of all ages.  Our aim is to raise awareness locally about human rights issues, as well as take part in events, campaign actions, letter writing and fundraising.
