Meeting with Kate Allen - Southampton

Kate Allen is coming to Southampton on the evening of Wednesday 3rd April (the Wednesday after Easter) to enable members in the Region to have a discussion with her prior to the AGM.

Tea and coffee will be available from 6.30pm and the meeting will start at 6.55pm so that we have as much time as possible available for discussion with Kate. If you wish to come to the meeting but cannot get there at the start, you will be welcome but please enter the room as quietly as possible.

there are two main aims at the meeting:

· for members to be able to raise any points which they would find it helpful to have resolved prior to the AGM

· for members to be able to offer any thoughts or suggestions as to how, on a practical basis, they would have preferred the Board and management team to have dealt with the issues that have arisen so that any future issues can be resolved in a way more acceptable to members.
