Annual Quiz: Friday April 19

Members of the Sutton Coldfield Amnesty International group are holding their annual quiz night this April.

The event, which aims to raise money for Amnesty’s human rights work worldwide, takes place at Sutton Coldfield Football Club in Coles Lane BJ72 1NL on Friday April 19.

Beginning at 7pm with a 7.30pm kick-off the general knowledge quiz will test your expertise across a range of subjects including sport, music, celebrities, television, nature and geography.

Quizmaster and Sutton Coldfield Amnesty International chair Andrew Hindle says: “Our annual quiz continues to be a popular event. It’s not just open to Amnesty supporters, everyone is welcome to come along and have a go.

“We’d also like to say a huge thank you to Sutton Coldfield Football Club for their annual support.”

The event also includes a raffle with a host of prizes and an opportunity to learn more about Amnesty’s current campaigns.

Entry costs £5 per person with a maximum team number of six. Drinks and snacks are available at the bar.

Sutton Coldfield Amnesty International Group meets at 8pm on the second Tuesday of every month (except August) in the Conference Centre, Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 69 Lichfield Road, Sutton Coldfield, B74 2NU. New members are always given a warm welcome.
