January Diary

Saturday January 11th, Amnesty Midlands Regional Al Conference 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. at Aston University, Aston Street, Birmingham B4 7ET.

This month sees the first Midlands conference for the whole region which will be held at Aston University Birmingham. The day will be focused around bringing together activists from across the area to explore deepening local activism and campaigning in the region.

A new regional team model for the Midlands is to be piloted and much of the conference will discuss how this will look. This will be augmented with a range of exciting speakers and workshops including from Kate Allen, Director of AIUK and Andy Hackman, head of Community Organising.
