The Waltz in my Blood

Don't miss this special event at Chipping Campden Literature Festival 2012

7-9pm Upper Room Town Hall Chipping Campden Friday 4th May

Write to Life: Sheila Hayman’s torture survivor creative writers. Noah was such a hit last year that he is coming back with his fiery new piece about what it's like in the asylum system. On 27th April he is in a studio in Sheffield to record one of his poems that he has turned into a song, which he will preview for us – those of you who came to this event in 2011 will remember his wonderful performance last year. Write to Life is sharing the platform with Mario Petrucci who will read from his latest collection of poems.

Write to Life is Freedom from Torture's therapeutic creative writing group based in the London centre, called Write to Life, provides clients with a creative outlet for their experiences and a way to explore the torture from their past and the difficulties of living in exile. It has evolved as the longest-running therapeutic writing group for torture survivors in the world.
