Mr McMILLAN SCOTT, a Yorkshire and Humber MEP from 1984, founded the EU’s Democracy and Human Rights Initiative in 1990. He was Vice President ( for democracy and human rights) of the European Parliament from 2004 to 2014 and today  is a Patron of the European Movement. He is one of eight Britons on Putin’s visa blacklist.

Admission is free, but donations are invited to defray the cost of wine and nibbles.
