It's "Write for Rights" at our December meeting this coming Thursday

Amnesty International Stockport Group's monthly meeting for December is this coming Thursday, December 10th.

December's meeting is traditionally a bit different from our other monthly meetings, and this year we will, as usual, be using the meeting to write greetings cards for the cases in this year's "write for rights" campaign.

Please bring your own greetings cards to the meeting.  It's best if they don't carry a  specifically religious greeting, so cards with non-religious messages like "season's greetings", or maybe blank note cards, are best.

Extra special Christmas refreshments will be provided!

10th December is also Human Rights Day, so it's going to be a special meeting all round.

The meeting is scheduled, as usual, for 7:45PM for 8:00PM.  New members are always welcome, so do come along if you'd like to meet us and see what we do.

All our meetings happen on the second Thursday of every month (except August), in Cheadle Hulme. Please see this page for the location and directions.
