Photos for Liu Ping
On 20th May, we invited passers-by to be photographed wearing a mask of Liu Ping’s face and holding a placard stating: “I’m thinking of Liu Ping, Prisoner of Conscience in China”. All in all, around 40 people participated. Their photos were combined to form a mosaic of Liu Ping’s face. This was sent to the Prisons Director in the state where Liu Ping is detained and to the Chinese embassy in London, to mark the third anniversary of her sentencing.
