Relaunch Meeting - 11th October 7:30pm

As R&T members will now know, the sad death of Gillian Horne earlier this year left our group without a Chairperson. Also, longstanding members John and Gwen Reekie, decided to retire after many years of dedicated activity leading the group, and although they will still be involved in an advisory capacity, it was generally agreed that we needed a re-launch.

Therefore, our first monthly meeting since the summer break was a Relaunch Meeting on Thursday 11th October, at which a new Committee was elected. 

Amnesty has over a thousand members living in the Richmond and Twickenham area, many of whom do not come to our monthly meetings. Therefore, we were delighted that some were able to join us for the first time, both to re-launch our group and to plan our Annual Street Collection on Saturday 13th October 2012.
