Human Rights and Amnesty International
The next Oxford Amnesty Local Group meeting is on Tuesday 20th September at 7:15pm. This will be a face-to-face meeting at the Town Hall.
As it has been sometime since we have all been together for our meetings and a lot has happened regarding human rights nationally and globally, the focus of this meeting will be on human rights in general and a reintroduction of Amnesty International, its work, its aims and how it is organised. This will be a good opportunity for a discussion on human rights and for you to let us know which Amnesty campaigns you are most passionate about.
We will also have our normal letter writing and campaign updates.
