A lovely sunny afternoon for our AmnesTea

We were lucky to have a beautifully sunny afternoon for our AmnesTEA in the lovely garden of Amnesty supporters, Gian and Chris Zucchelli, in Minehead. About 40 people tucked into tea, scones and cakes, bought raffle tickets and played games on an Amnesty theme. As well as enjoying ourselves, we also raised £200 for Amnesty funds.

During the tea party we got everyone to join in a photo action to mark the 4th birthday of Gabriela Ratcliffe, daughter of Nazanin Zaghari Ratcliffe, the British Iranian who has been in prison in Iran since April 2016. As well as sending the photo to AIUK who have put all our photos together to show Richard Ratcliffe, Gabriela and their family, we have also had our photo published in our local newspaper here in West Somerset.
