Annual quiz raises £460 for Amnesty

We held our annual quiz on Friday 1 March 2013 at the Minehead Socal Club. As ever, the quiz was brilliantly organised by Amnesty member, Jean Humber, and her family. Jean came up with interesting and challenging questions, grouped into rounds with intriguing titles such as 'red, white and blue' and 'major and minor'.  Twenty teams (with six people in a team) took part and there was a friendly, good-humoured atmosphere. Overall we raised £461, of which £140 came from the raffle.
