Feeding the Darkness performance

The Spiceland Quaker Meeting House was full on the evening of Friday 16 March for a harrowing performance of Feeding the Darkness, brilliantly performed by Dave and Lynn Morris of Journeymen Theatre. This series of 'sketches' vividly demonstrates different aspects of state torture, including British involvement, and was an evening that audience members will remember for a very long time. There was a period of questions and discussion afterwards. Amnesty Mid Devon and the Spiceland Quakers are likely to invite Journeymen Theatre back in the autumn with another of their hard-hitting and conscience-provoking performances.
