Amnesty concert in Willand

Amnesty Mid Devon group held a very successful concert in Willand Church Hall in March, with around 100 people enjoying a great evening, raising over £1300 for group funds, helping to pay postage on the large number of letters and cards we send out each year, plus a likely contribution to Amnesty International central funds. A variety of entertainment was provided by almost entirely local talent - instrumental music, singing, poetry, sketches - together with a presentation to the audience on Amnesty and its work, including our local contribution.
