MUSIC NIGHT 2023

Hornsey and Wood Green Group held a very successful fundraising evening of jazz, impromptu performances and dancing at the end of September in the Crouch End home and garden of longstanding Group supporter David Robinson.  It was the Group's first Music Night in aid of Amnesty International since the Covid pandemic and  featured the “Time Loves Changes” trio of pianist/vocalist Johnathan Cohen, the acclaimed Alec Dankworth on double bass, and guitar virtuoso Richard Bolton, plus songs and art with Juliet Lawson.  More than £1,000 was raised.  Guests also learned about Amnesty’s work in a short talk by the Group’s Chair, Paul Duployen.
