ANNUAL SPONSORED WALK 2023

On Saturday, 13th May, 12 Group members and supporters walked just over 7 miles through Epping Forest as the Group undertook its annual sponsored walk, raising some £860.  The event took place in glorious sunshine, with walkers seeing bluebells, woods, meadows, and a lake with lots of baby ducklings.  We had a very enjoyable pub lunch at High Beach, and some of us also stopped for afternoon tea at Butler's Retreat, a restored 19th C. barn.
