May meeting & workshop on Afghan women's rights

At our May meeting, as well as our normal letter-writing etc, we will be having a special workshop on Afghan women's rights, run by Steffi Keir. This is a fantastic opportunity for us to learn more about women's rights in Afghanistan and what we can do to promote and protect them.

The meeting will be held on Thursday 10 May, 7.30 to 9.30pm, at our usual venue, Woodlands Methodist Church, Woodlands Road, opposite The Dram Pub (was Uisge Beatha), in the West End of Glasgow.
