Amnesty International Scotland is hosting an event with Alistair Carmichael MP in advance of the World Day Against the Death Penalty (10th October).

The event is also being supported by Sikhs in Scotland, who have been campaigning to abolish thedeath penalty in India as well as supporting Amnesty's work on the death penalty around the world.
