Film Screening

FILM SCREENING: tomorrow, Sat 28 June,

Walden Room, Corn Hall, 1.30 for 1.45 pm.

To Kill A War Machine

documentary on Palestine Action

The Home Secretary's announcement that Palestine Action will be proscribed as a terrorist organisation on Monday 30 June is an action that will affect us all.

Sasha Deshmukh, Amnesty International UK Chief Executive points out in his recent press release: "the ordinary criminal law, accompanied by appropriate human rights protections, is more than capable of responding to direct action protesters of their kind."

If you would like to know more about Palestine Action before it becomes illegal to even wear a badge in support of them let alone attend a screening, please join us tomorrow afternoon. After Monday, such a screening will be illegal if the proscription goes ahead. The film's downloaded, the room's booked, the chairs are laid out ready. All we need is you ...

It's bound to be warm so please bring whatever you need to stay as cool as possible. Please email us on DissPS@protonmail.com to reserve your seat.

In solidarity.
