Review by Andrew Hannon:
🌿 Gaza Remains The Story - An Exhibition Not to Miss
I went to the preview of Gaza Remains The Story this afternoon and was absolutely bowled over. It’s such a lovingly curated exhibition - deeply heartening and life-affirming - with profoundly moving stories of family, culture, and community life.
In spite of the many obstacles faced by those living under occupation, the exhibition shines with humanity: there’s art, music, dancing, and an incredible sense of resilience. It’s visually rich, full of history and emotion, and beautifully presented.
At the preview, there was also wonderful food and conversation, and while that may not be part of every session, it truly added to the warmth of the experience.
If you can, do take the time to go - and go with an open mind. Don’t arrive with any preconceived notions; just take it all in. It’s powerful, moving, and well worth seeing by as many people as possible.
