Tuesday 11 August - Not our usual meeting

The group doesn't meet in August except when we do. Andrew and Hilary suggested a walk in Lingwood Common, Danbury and we readily agreed, together with the dogs. We didn't know we were to climb one of Essex's highest hills, all 107 metres!

We walked and chatted for about an hour, took photos, and then repaired to the General's Arms for refreshments and more stimulating discussion.

Monthly meetings won't be the same. In fact, our September meeting will be in South Woodham Ferrers as we're not able to have our normal room at the Quaker Meeting House.
