Normal service will be resumed....

Just as soon as we get this Festival nonsense out of the way.

Yes, with 34 events and two exhibitions the Edinburgh Festival is rather dominating life in Amnesty's Scottish office at the moment.

There's also a daily Festival blog, which is taking up all our online storytelling energies. So please bookmark that and drop in throughout August.

Normal service, in the form of the Friday lunchtime blog from the Scottish office, will be resumed in September.
