Finally someone admitting the war on drugs is futile. Management is the only true way, people will only find new ways to obtain drugs while criminals profit... You can't stop people from taking their pleasures, and you can't hope no-one else will provide. Many countries have already proven that management is the only viable way to reduce the drugs' impact on society and individuals while keeping drug related crime at bay.
