Kidnapped Catholic Bishop must be released immediately

Amnesty International has learned with deep concern of the kidnapping of Mgr JosÈ de Jes™s Quintero DÌaz, Bishop of the Diocese of Tib™ in northern Colombia, and calls for his immediate and unconditional release.
