The London Triathlon attracts over 13,000 people each year to swim, bike and run in the world's largest triathlon on a summer weekend, when participants of all levels of experience take on their own fitness challenge in East London's docklands.
Beginners and professional triathletes come from all over the world to compete in distances to suit all abilities at this spectacular event at London's Royal Victoria Dock. Think it's for you? Sign up for a place in Team Amnesty
Choose a distance to suit you
Take your pick of four distances, and enter on your own or share the challenge with some teammates. For those wanting to share the load, there are relay race options so you can sign up with some mates or colleagues.
If you're unsure about anything, we'll be happy to answer your questions - get in touch.
If you're a swimmer but not a runner, a cyclist not a swimmer, why not club together with a couple of mates or colleagues to participate as a relay team? Signing up to compete as a team will only cost you one place, and you can split the fundraising between you to lighten the load off the track, as well as on the road and in the water!
Please note, you can only enter as a relay team for Sprint and Olympic distances. Do get in touch if you have any questions about participating as a group.
We'll support you all the way
Sign up to Team Amnesty and you'll get fundraising packs and tons of ideas of how to raise cash as you train for the event weekend - as well as prep tips and schedules, and of course your event vest.
We'll be there all weekend to support you, whichever group you're in. We'll cheer you along the route, and see you at the finish line for a well-deserved rest and goodie bag.
The challenge is there, the support is ready: all that's missing is you! Sign up for your place
Got your own London tri place?
We'd still love you to join our team!
If you have entered the ballot for places from London Triathlon, you can still support human rights while you swim, cycle and run. Get in touch to let us know if you've got a ballot place and we'll be happy to support your triathlon this summer.
